Programme note
“Antennen-Requiem für H.”: three mini-movements, character pieces at the brink of audibility and with no recourse to traditional piano technique. Sounds of remembrance, which acquire their intensity above all as a private tribute. But even without knowledge of the biographical background, they retain that eloquent ‘simplicity’ and communicativeness to which music shaped by the highest degree of reflection can, with any luck, lay claim.
